Hinge fastening
A hinge is attached to the furniture unit by its mounting pad and cup. Cross strikes are fastened into two holes located parallel to the furniture unit edge at a 32mm-distance between them with self-tapping screws.
A hinge cup is attached to the door into a drilled 35mm hole. Rigid fastening is achieved through its tight fit. The cup is additionally fastened with self-tapping screws screwed into the holes on its door flanging. The distance between the centers of the holes is 48 mm.

The hinges manufactured by Aristo Company have initial door installation angle – from 90 to 45o between the surface of the strike and the main surface of the furniture unit facade. The opening angle is from 95 to 165o. We produce hinges for plated, intercalated and middle facades.
To prevent striking while closing the door the Company produces hinges with an in-built mechanism that ensures a braking action in the end of the closing move.
A hinge is a complicated mechanism that falls under strict reliability requirements. According to the effective GOST 16371-93 “Furniture. General technical conditions.” doors with vertical swinging axis have to faultlessly perform 20 thousand fatigue cycles.
